ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by Pazha. Muthiah, the Central Crime Branch, Chennai registered a case in Crime No.545 of 2009 under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC. As the matter relates to defalcation of funds in cooperative society, the FIR was subsequently transferred to the file of the C.C.I.W., Chennai where a fresh FIR has been registered in Crime No.4 of 2015 and the investigation was taken up by the Inspector of Police, C.C.I.W., Chenai.

2. Today, Mrs.S.Vasanthi, Inspector of Police, C.C.I.W., Chennai, is present in court. On instructions from her, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after having obtained an inquiry report under Section 81 of The Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, the Inspector of Police, C.C.I.W., Chennai, completed the investigation and now based on the materials collected during investigation, three separate final reports have been prepared in this case in which the name of the petitioner does not find a place. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed, however, with a direction to the Inspector of Police, C.C.I.W., Chennai, to file the final reports within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
