ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.553 of 2011 from the file of the third respondent herein either to the second or fourth respondent.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in Crime No.553 of 2011, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the Jurisdictional Court and the same was taken on file as PRC No.10 of 2011. Subsequently, the said case was committed to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dharapuram and re-numbered as S.C.No.177 of 2011, which, after due trial, ended in conviction by judgment dated 12.02.2015.

3. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed.
