This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for his willful and wanton disobedience of order made in Writ Petition No.31671 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader has submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.31671 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 has been complied with and to that effect, the learned Additional Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the communication in Na.Ka.No.232/2019(o) dated 15.08.2019 sent by the Tahsildar, Omalur Taluk, Salem District to the Additional Government Pleader.

3. Recording the above said submission, the contempt petition is closed. No costs.
