The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 294(b), 307 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.121 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity, the petitioners along with the other accused are alleged to have attacked the defacto complainant using iron rod and wooden logs in his shoulder, hip and other parts of the body.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
