2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 226 days is condoned and the petition is ordered, on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) directly to the respondents, within a period of one week from today. Failing which, this petition shall stand automatically dismissed.
4. On such payment, Registry is directed to number the Revision Case, if it is otherwise in order.
