CR.NO.910/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to appear before the respondent police on Every Monday at 10.30a.m. imposed by this Court in the above Crl.MP.No.8443/2020 in Crl.OP.No.12395/2020 order dated 21.12.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.RAJESWARI KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8443 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.12395 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 308 and 511 of IPC in Crime No.910 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He also submitted that charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
