Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to modify the order dated 16/02/2021 made in A.No.2562 of 2020 in O.P.No.459 of 2020, by granting interim custody of minor children to the petitioner on every Saturday from 10.00 a.m. to Sunday 5.00 p.m. A.No.2562/2020:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant interim custody of minor Duwarak and Minor Karan Hari to the applicant/petitioner till the disposal of the above O.P. These applications are coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

Learned counsel for the respective parties submit that the mother as well as the father are happy with the continuation of the interim visitation rights granted by this Court on 15.11.2021 in Application No.2562 of 2020.

2. Since they are happy with the said arrangement, no further order need be passed in this application.

3. Accordingly, Application Nos.2363 of 2021 and 2562 of 2020 are disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court on 15.11.2021 in Application NO.2562 of 2020.

4. Post the matter before the learned Master for recording evidence in the main original petition.
