2. Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection to this petition being allowed.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
