O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation in FIR No. 100/2020 registered under Section 174 of Crl.P.C.

It is seen from the complaint that when the deceased was studying in the private school, the defacto complainant received a message that his son was not well and admitted in the Government Hospital, Arakonam. Immediately, he rushed to the hospital and he was told that his son died three hours ago. In this regard, a complaint has been registered in Crime No.100 of 2020.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation reveals that the deceased fell down in the classroom and as such, he was suffering from fits. Immediately, he was taken to private hospital and thereafter, he died. Now, it is pending for viscera report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Considering the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the transfer of investigation would affect the entire investigation done by the 2nd respondent. Therefore, at this stage, the transfer of investigation cannot be considered. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and to file a final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
