This suit has been filed for recovery of money.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, a Joint Memorandum of Compromise was filed before this Court indicating that the parties have settled the dispute among themselves. The same has been acknowledged by the learned counsel appearing for both the parties.
3. In view of the Compromise that had been arrived at between the parties on the terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise, the suit is disposed 2/4
of as settled out of Court on the terms of Joint Memorandum of Compromise. The said Joint Memorandum of Compromise is also annexed to this judgment. 4.Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the plaintiff applicable as per the Rules.
