This Court, while allowing the writ petition in W.P.No.9604 of 2016, by order dated 15.03.2016, directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.01.2016 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within eight weeks. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent and that respondent has considered his representation and passed orders rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Further, the petitioner has also preferred an appeal before the concerned authority.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
