C.M.P.No.9927 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the proposed Appellants 3 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd Appellant for prosecuting the above Second Appeal.

2.C.M.P.No.14518 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the proposed Respondents 4 & 5 as the legal heirs of the deceased T.Ariyammal, the 3rd Respondent herein.

3.C.M.P.No.14521 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of T.Ariyammal the 3rd Respondent died on 21.12.2017, pending disposal of the Second Appeal. 4.C.M.P.No.14524 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 665 days in seeking to set aside the abatement caused by the death of T.Ariyammal the 3rd Respondent, died on 21.12.2017, pending disposal of the Second Appeal.

5.The 2nd Appellant and the 3rd Respondent died. These Petitions have been filed to bring their respective legal heirs on records. Notice have been sent and served on the proposed parties. Their names are also printed in the cause list.

6.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, in the interest of justice, all the C.M.Ps are allowed.

5.Registry is directed to amend the cause title. Post the Second Appeal after three weeks.
