Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of respondents. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The petitioner preferred this writ petition for a direction directing the respondents to consider the candidature of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Computer Instructor with reference to G.O.Ms.No.122, School Education (S E 2(2)) Department dated 02.06.2017 of the first respondent and in and by his proceedings Na.Ka.No.75050/VI/E2/2017 dated 24.08.2017 of the fourth respondent subject to her qualification and eligibility to appoint them as Computer Instructor along with her counterparts in the School Education Department.

3. Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 05.10.2020, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
