4.It is seen that already two revisions petitions in Crl.RC.No.1554/2023 and Crl.RC.No.2023/2023 has been filed before this Court challenging the same impugned order. In view of the same, there may be no serious objection for this petition being allowed. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
