ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner while making submissions sought for modification in paragraph no.5 of the order dated 23.10.2025 passed in WP.No.39328 of 2025 and the said paragraph is the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

2.The submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader cannot be modified at the request of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Hence this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for in this miscellaneous petition.

3.This miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
