kkd present application in M.P.No.2045 of 2017 has been filed to enhance the claim from Rs.24,00,000/- to Rs.27,00,00.

2. According to the petitioner, he spent considerable amount towards medical expenses and have to spend further amount for other expenses. Therefore, he filed the present application.

3. Having not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and hence, this civil revision petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file additional documents, if any, before the Tribunal. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
