ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested on 12.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 302 of I.P.C. in Cr.No.43 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners along with the other accused murdered the defacto complainant's husband using deadly weapons. The petitioners are arrayed as the eleventh and fifth accused in the case.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are history sheeted offenders and would further submit that there are two previous cases pending against each of the petitioners.

5.Considering the fact that there are two previous cases pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
