JUDGMENT
Petition, filed under Section 227 CrPC to discharge the accused from the case pending in S.C.No.182 of 2014, has been dismissed vide order dated 27.01.2015 by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruvallur. Revision Petition has been filed against the said order.
2.On this day, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.L.Mahendran, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
