This petition has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 990 in re-presenting the appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned. However, the petitioner is not entitled for interest for the delayed period, i.e., from the date of award of the Tribunal till numbering the appeal.
