ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Crime No.712 of 2021 dated 18.10.2021 registered with the Sub Inspector of Police, C2 Race Course Police Station, Coimbatore City so far as the petitioner/Accused No.33 is concerned.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the concerned Court and the case is to be taken on filed.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Cl. Side) that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the concerned Court, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR in Crime No.712 of 2021, registered for the offences under Sections 143 and 269 of IPC.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if it is taken cognizance by the Jurisdictional Magistrate. The learned Jurisdictional Magistrate is directed to take the case on file, if it is in order and if it is not 2/4
