The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant accused had died and he had also filed a death certificate. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor also filed memo to that effect, enclosed a copy of death certificate of the said appellant.

Since the appellant is a sole accused, appeal is dismissed as abated. Connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
