CMP NO.15307 & 15308/2016 IN TC SR.NO.20931 & 20932/2016 NRRJ & DR.PDSJ These two petitions are filed to condone the delay of 148 days in representing the above appeals.

Considering the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and for those that one explained at the Bar, we feel ends of justice would be batta served of the delay is condoned so as to gave an opportunity to the party to contest the case on merits. The petitions are ordered accordingly.
