C.Subramanian the father of the petitioner herein to the fifth respondent and direct the fifth respondent to sanction and disburse all the monetary benefits to the petitioner forthwith.

The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the 5th respondent as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4 made an submission that the proposal for settlement of pensionary benefits was submitted on 26.11.2015 and the same was sanctioned by the competent authority on 04.02.2016.
2.Accordingly, the grievances of the writ petitioner has been redressed by the respondents. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
