This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint and file an F.I.R. on the basis of the complaint dated 05.04.2016 in C.S.R. No.423/2016 within a time frame.

There is no representation for the petitioner, perhaps, due to boycott of Courts. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.

On the complaint dated 05.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R. No.423 of 2016.

On a reading of the petitioner's complaint, it essentially appears to be a dispute between the petitioner and her sister-in-law with respect to certain financial transactions. Hence, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police to register an F.I.R.
