ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions from Mr.M.Selvai, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Kurinchipadi Police Station, who is present in court, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.194 of 2011 on the file of the respondent police was completed and the case was closed as "mistake of fact". He further submitted that as a matter of fact a closure report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Cuddalore, Cuddalore District, as early as on 16.05.2011.
2. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
