[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] The present writ miscellaneous petition has been instituted to set aside the order passed against the respondents 5 to 9 in W.P.No.14466 of 2014 dated 05.11.2025.

Page Nos.2/4

2. Perusal of the said order would show that notice was served on respondents 5 to 7 and 9, while R8 was stated as "Not ready in Notice". However, the Court had passed an order directing the official respondents therein to initiate action forthwith for removal of the encroachments, after giving one more opportunity of hearing to the alleged encroachers / respondents 5 to 9 therein to put forward their cases before the final decision / action is taken.

3. Thus, this Court had directed the authorities to provide an opportunity to the respondents 5 to 9, who are petitioners herein and therefore, the said order has not caused any prejudice to the rights of the petitioners in the writ petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition and consequently, the same stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
