ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2016 and to take appropriate and necessary action to file final report in accordance with law. On a reading of the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2016, it is seen that the petitioner has availed loan from the third respondent bank and defaulted in making repayment of loan to the bank. Therefore, when the bank officials started demanding money from the petitioner, the petitioner has come up with the complaint making allegations against the bank officials that they are unnecessarily coming and harassing him and his family members. which the alleged incident had taken place. Thus, it is clear that in order to escape the civil liability, the petitioner is trying to set up a false claim against the bank officials.
