The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.06.2015 and proceed with the investigation according to law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed by the respondent police on 08.07.2015.

4. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
