O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of order dated 28.07.2017 of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.13933 of 2017.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the order of this Court dated 28.07.2017 has been complied with since, the petitioner's complaint came https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ to be closed on 23.05.2017.

3. I am of the view that there is no willful disobedience of the earlier order of this Court dated 28.07.2017.

4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the closure report dated 23.05.2017 in accordance with law, if he choses to do so.
