Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to take appropriate legal action as against the respondents No.2 to 6, based on the petitioner's representation in the form of complaint dated 06.01.2021 made to the first respondent herein.

ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation in the form of complaint dated 06.01.2021 before the first respondent, wherein he sought to take appropriate legal action as against the respondents No.2 to 6.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for and without going into merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2021 on merits and take appropriate action on the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
