Respondent Prayer: Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India filed against the order dated 28.02.2023 made in S.A.No.589 of 2022 on the file of Debt Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai.

ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The petitioners have filed this revision petition challenging the conditional order dated 28.02.2023 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai, in S.A.No.589 of 2022.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners have got an effective remedy before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal against the order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai.

3. In view of the above, if the petitioners are aggrieved by the conditional order passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal II, Chennai, they have to work out their remedy before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and not before this Court by invoking Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

4. The civil revision petition, therefore, fails and accordingly, it is dismissed. Consequently, CMP No.7325 of 2023 is also dismissed. (T.R., ACJ.)
