Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation sent by the petitioner dated 26.03.2021 and to initiate action appropriate against the 5th respondent as per Chennai Metropolitan Corporation Act and to demolish the encroachments situated at Plot No. 390, J.J. Nagar, 3rd Cross Street, Korukkupet, Chennai - 600 021, constructed in respect of illegal encroachments and unauthorised construction by the 5th respondent herein.
