ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, on instructions, Mr.C.Emalias, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case in Crime No.205 of 2011 on the file of the 1st respondent police was completed and final report was also filed in C.C.No.197of 2011 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, Namakkal District. He further submitted that as a matter of fact, the case has been ended in acquittal on 13.10.2015.
