When the matter was listed for hearing on earlier occasions i.e. on 02.11.2021 and 17.12.2021, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 11.01.2022 under Page No.1 of 4

the caption "For Dismissal".

Even today, i.e. 11.01.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was passed over and again, when it was called at 11:20 a.m., none appeared for the petitioner. Thus, it is clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter.

In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.6266 of 2016 is closed.
