Learned counsel appearing on both sides submitted that the matter has been settled in between the parties and the respondent has received a sum of Rs.50,000/- in full quit by way of two Demand Drafts (each for Rs.25,000/-) bearing Nos. 506127 and 506128 dated 27.6.2015.
2. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
