This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.T.Jayaraman, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Varadha Kamaraj, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 5 and 6, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 2 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 2 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
