The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the direct the Respondents to investigate and register FIR based on the petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2012.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the documents available on record.

3. It appears that on the complaint dated 28.04.2012 given by the petitioner, the respondents police are conducting enquiry.

4. Under such circumstances, the 2nd respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order and as per the principles laid down by the Honble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. The petitioner is also directed to appear before the respondent police and co-operate with the enquiry.
