ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3355 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019, for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 363, 323, 506(ii) and 379 of IPC in Crime No.109 of 2019, while granting anticipatory bail.
2. Heard both sides.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3355 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019, regularly, and therefore he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

5. Considering the above submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.3355 of 2019 dated 21.02.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall himself be available, as and when required by the respondent.
