Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent in his impugned letter No.21099/ADW7/2011-13 dated 28.11.2014 and impugned Letter No.14528/ADW7/2015-1 dated 06.10.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to pay monetary benefits for the re-employment period from 01.09.2004 to 31.05.2005 with interest at the rate of 24% per annum from 01.06.2005 till the date of realization.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition. He has also circulated a letter to the Registry dated 21.03.2022.
