ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.1485 of 2016 by order dated 03.03.2016, directed the

respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2006 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the order dated 03.03.2016 passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
