ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 363, 294(b), 506(ii) of IPC. in Crime No.131 of 2020, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that one Mr.Thangaraj borrowed a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- for his sister marriage on 18.02.2020 and he promised the petitioner, who is a Chairman of Sri Abirami Finance, to repay the same with interest within 15 days, but he failed to do so. Hence, the complaint.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he is in no way connected with the alleged offence.

4.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor raised objection in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the nature of allegation involved in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
