Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.11396/A4/2017 dated 18.01.2018 and consequently direct the Respondent to pay all the benefits as per the order passed in W.P.No.23114 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 within a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court and thereby revise all the pensionary benefit with interest to the Petitioner. The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.11396/A4/2017 dated 18.01.2018 and to direct the Respondent to pay all the benefits as per the order passed in W.P.No.23114 of 2017 dated 29.08.2017 within a date fixed by this Hon'ble Court and thereby revise all the pensionary benefit with interest to the Petitioner.

2.The grievances of the writ petitioner is that the benefit granted by the Government in G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance(CMPC) Department dated 31.12.2014 has not been extended to the writ petitioner. Thus, the writ petitioner is constrained to move the present writ petition.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the proceedings of the Chief Educational Officer dated 29.05.2018, stating that the annual increment with reference to G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance(CMPC) Department dated 31.12.2014 is granted to Mr.D.Ravindran(writ petitioner).

4.In view of the order passed by the Chief Educational Officer, Thiruvallur, no further adjudication is required in the present writ petition and the writ petitioner is at liberty to pursue the matter before the competent authorities for the disbursement of the monetary benefits.

5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
