Application No.5402 of 2016 Dr. S.VIMALA, J., It is represented by the learned counsel for the applicant that the warrant has been executed by the Advocate Commissioner; the vehicle has been seized and the same has been handed over to the Applicant.

The learned Advocate Commissioner has also sought for additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/-. It is stated that initial remuneration of Rs.25,000/- has been paid to the learned Advocate Commissioner.

Recording the fact that the vehicle has been seized and having regard to the nature of job entrusted to the learned Advocate Commissioner, the Advocate Commissioner shall be paid an additional remuneration of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only). This Application is closed. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

4. The vehicle shall not be alienated until further orders of this Court or of the Arbitrator or of the Executing Court.
