Criminal Original petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, prayed to direct the 2nd respondent to produce a copy of the complaint in CSR no.34 of 2015, which was registered on 19.01.2015.

ORDER
1. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to produce a copy of the complaint, which was registered on 19.01.2015 in CSR 34 of 2015.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the second respondent submitted that after receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner in the year 2015, CSR No.34 of 2015 was issued on 19.01.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner did not appear for enquiry as called for by the second respondent herein. In fact, the second respondent also called upon the first respondent for enquiry. No one was appeared.
3. In view of the above submission, the second respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
is directed to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and if the complainant is not co-operate with the enquiry, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the complaint lodged by the petitioner in accordance with law.
4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
