The learned counsel on either side submitted that the respondent had complied with the order dated 17.06.2016 by paying a sum of Rs.25,000/- to the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that since the respondent had complied with the order of this Court dated 17.06.2016, the Contempt Petition may be closed.

keep the Contempt Petition pending. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
