This petition is filed to condone the delay of 170 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned counsel takes notice for the 1st respondent.

3.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 170 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600
