ORDER
With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. The petitioner seeks for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer the petitioner from Government Medical College Hospital, Thiruvarur to Government Medical College Hospital, Trichy as Nursing Superintendent Grade - II, based on the representation dated 28.04.2015.

3. Heard Mr.V.Kasinatha Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.
4. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the request of the petitioner seeking for transfer can be considered in the light of G.O (2D) No.131, of Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 20.11.2007 as the petitioner has already made request seeking for transfer and such a request is still pending before the second respondent, who is the competent authority.
5. Therefore, this Court, without expressing any view on the contention raised by the petitioner, only directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
