ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st respondent from proceeding with the complaint dated 22.02.2021 in Ref.No.11991/E-2/2020 lodged by the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, summons issued to the petitioner and conducted detailed enquiry. After completion of enquiry, the final order has been passed in Na.Ka.No.11991/E2/2020, dated 16.04.2021 itself. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
