This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records with respect of Crime No.15 of 2020 pending on the file of first respondent and quash the same.

2. Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first & second respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed; the charge sheet has also been filed and it was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.14 of 2021, before the learned Principal District Judge, Salem.

4. In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further consideration in this Criminal Original Petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
