Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is delay of 48 days in filing the Appeal in C.M.A.S.R.No.33760 of 2025.

Also he would submit that notice on the Claimants/Respondents 1 and 2 had been served and the name of the Respondents 1 and 2 printed in the cause list.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed by the Petitioner, the delay is condoned and this Petition is allowed.
